I waited a couple of weeks to test it out. The app is SO easy to set up %26 a couple of my girlfriends have the oura ring and I promise you the only difference is battery charge. I think this is an awesome really great budget friendly smart ring. If you want a quick click to clock the time, track your daily steps or get your heart rate this is the ring for you and syncs easily with Apple Health. The app is super simple to use, and the ring itself is sleek, lightweight, and comfortable enough to wear every day. I got a size 8. I wear it on my thumb and it really doesn't bother me. It also comes with a cute convenient magnetic charger. The biggest downside is Battery life is about 1 to 3 days for me, depending on what you want on. but it charges quickly, so it's easy enough to top off every few days. If you're looking for an affordable smart ring for basic fitness tracking, and heart rate monitoring with a watch, I think it's a great value. If sleep tracking and longer battery life are your top priorities, you'll probably notice the difference compared to more expensive smart rings.

I love the digital display on the ring with the time it's different than other rings I have seen. I love the width of it. It's not too big. I have been unable to get the HRV and BP portion of the app to work but all of the other options are working very well.
