Sturdy pan without the chemicals

The handle for the lid needs to be put together with screws provided. Castle type nuts go on the top. It has a nice vent hole in the lid for steam to escape. Overall the pan is on the heavier side which in my case is good. The handle is a bit on the slim side. The rivots that hold the handle on seem legit. The inside surface for now appears to be nice and slick without any odd coatings. You can fit quite a bit of food in this pan so that's a plus as well. Good Luck!

Good stainless steel pan

Really nice stainless steel fry pan. Not your standard stainless steel material. It will keep the burn marks from appearing due to the different stainless steel manufacturing. I wish the rivets were not on the inside of the pan so food doesn't get stuck on it. It's got some weight to it but still lighter than a cast iron pan. Recommend!

VERY nice pan, very heavy and solid. well made. I love that it comes with a fitted lid because I like to make eggs a lot and this lid helps cook them. the pan is a good quality metal I would say and I like that it's not sprayed down with Teflon.
