    A2: Partial assembly required. Comes 85% pre-assembled with easy-to-follow instructions, takes about 20-30 minutes.

    Q3: Why does the handlebar turn but the front wheel does not move in the same direction?

    A3: This is not a defect. Please ensure the hex bolt in the center of the stem and the two side bolts on the stem are all properly tightened.

    Q4: Why is the center hex bolt on the stem not fully tightened at the factory?

    A4: The bolt is intentionally left partially loose to allow installation of the front wheel during assembly. Please tighten it fully after the wheel is installed.

    Q5: Are the tires suitable for off-road riding?

    A5: Yes, rugged off-road tires provide excellent traction on gravel, dirt, trails, and pavement.

Regarding the handlebar rotation and pedal problems you mentioned, we would like to clarify that this bike requires final assembly and tightening upon arrival. As stated in our product description, after installing the front wheel, the hex bolt in the center of the handlebars and the bolts on both sides must be fully tightened. The center bolt is intentionally left slightly loose at the factory to facilitate front wheel installation—this is by design and not a defect. Furthermore, please ensure that all pedals and screws are securely tightened during assembly. We apologize if the assembly instructions were not clear enough.
