The bike arrived quickly and was easy to put together. It came with a compass for the handlebar. The compass doesn't work because the handlebars are steel. Lol other than that the derailer didn't even seem to need any tuning. Just put the wheels on and go. I did tighten the brake cables a little but it was all pretty easy to do. Best of all my kid really likes the bike.
