First of all, I am shocked by the build quality of this bottle. It feels so good in my hand whether I hold it by the handle while carrying or grip the body of the bottle while taking a drink. It has a great ease of use; twisting the lid off and on, filling the bottle, sipping from the straw, as well as cleaning are all hassle-free. One of my favorite benefits is that the bottle does actually keep beverages cold or hot all day. This is my favorite and best bottle. I use it all the time for every different type of beverage that I drink; I practically keep it attached to me at all times now.

I have never been this excited about a water bottle. Before getting into function, I have to give HOLOHOLO credit for the design because this thing is ridiculously charming. The silhouette and raised lettering reminds me of a little 1950s milk pail or vintage thermos, and the smooth exterior has an almost enamel-like look and feel. There isn't a generic or purely utilitarian angle on it. Even the shape of the handle and the little tag attached to it feel deliberate. Someone clearly cared about what this bottle would look like sitting on a counter. And mine will be sitting on a counter. I keep my countertops very uncluttered and normally put things away when I'm finished with them, but I have no intention of hiding this in a cabinet. It's functional art. Fortunately, the quality isn't limited to appearances. This 30-ounce vessel is made from SUS316L stainless steel, and the entire bottle feels substantial and beautifully finished. Even the molded components inside the lid have a solidity and precision that I don't normally associate with water bottles (designed inside and out!). The push-button lid releases a retractable straw, or you can drink by pouring directly. There's also a built-in tea strainer, and the outer lid can double as a cup. It's an unusually clever amount of functionality packed into a very practical design. What impresses me most is the coherence of the whole thing. The materials, proportions, finish, handle, lid mechanism and tiny decorative details all seem to belong together. Not one detail looks like an afterthought. There are hundreds of insulated bottles that will hold water and keep it cold. This one has *personality.* HOLOHOLO took an ordinary household object and treated it like a design project, and I absolutely love the result.
