In our family, we all sit at office chairs when we work on the computer or do school work. I ordered this chair, with the idea we'd decide who got it once it was arrived and had been tested. We *all* like it! It's very comfortable for all ages and builds, plus size adult to teenager. It's nice looking. It raises, lowers, tilts, spins, and glides smoothly. The assembly process had a few small glitches: 1) The instructions referred to one size of bolts, while the actual bolts were labeled with a different size. The correct bolts were sent, and it was easy to figure out which ones went where, though. 2) Because of the good quality, the pieces were a wee bit heavy, which meant that as an older couple, it took two of us to do some parts of the assembly - especially attaching the back. 3) the fabric was not tucked behind the built-in nuts on the back of the chair, making it challenging to see where the bolts should go, and get them into place correctly. That being said, it's a great chair and VERY worth the few hassles of assembly. Total assembly was still under an hour, and we move slowly. I enthusiastically recommend this chair, and am very glad we got it.
