Hello sheila! Thank you very much for sharing your experience with us. We’re truly sorry to hear that you experienced a flat tire after such a short ride. We understand how frustrating this can be—especially in desert conditions where sharp debris is more common. We’re glad to know that aside from the tire issue, you’re satisfied with the bike and its overall performance. If you need any assistance with replacement parts or technical support, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team—we’re always here to help. To ensure any issues are resolved as quickly as possible, we encourage our customers to contact us directly and provide photos or videos when needed. In most cases, we respond with a solution within 24 hours. We sincerely apologize again for any inconvenience caused and remain committed to resolving this matter promptly and effectively. Thank you again for choosing our product.
