Extra Large Exercise Mat 4 x 6 ft to 6 x 12 ft x 8mm Thick Non-Slip Durable Workout Mat for Home Gym Flooring, with Resistance Bands & Storage Bag

this is a great addition to any exercise room!! we turned a spare bedroom into an at home gym and wr have hardwood floors so its been a little sketchy with weights. we have a teenager that is learning to lift and man does he slam those weights down so needless to say we really needed a mat in there. This mat is very easy to clean and bleach doesnt harm it. the thickness of the Mat is perfect Because I have yet to trip on it. And it sticks to the floor very well being non skid helps massively in a weight room. before this we had A throw rug in there, and it slipped every time we walked across it. So having the nonskid non slip makes all the difference in the world. the mat absorbs the shock from putting the weights down on it and it works perfectly as a yoga mat, also. It does come with a travel bag if you have to roll it up and take it somewhere wirh you while traveling so i could see using this as a wrestling mat for sure it's an all around great mat and great size and im so glad to have found it and an added bonus is it comes with a set of resistance bands.

Nice mat for home gym. Thick, firm, with good texture.
