My husband and son put it together in about an hour. The instructions were clear, and it came together great. They said there was only only one hole they had to make in the roof. We haven't put the guinea fowl in yet because it's too cold. I will post an update once we can put the guinea fowl in the coop. So far, so good! And delivery was like a week sooner than expected!!
