I can fill this up with ice water or hot tea/coffee and it stays that way for the duration of time. I drink slow but I am trying to up my water intake. This helps and carrying it around is easy with the braided lanyard handle. It comes with a "boot" for the bottom which is nice and 2 straws with a cleaning brush. I need to order another one for my husband. I am very impressed with the quality and the color is more vibrant than the photos.

This item is pretty awesome. I keep it at my desk and drink one per day to make sure I get as much water as I'm supposed to (64oz is quite a bit!). it's nice that it's insulated, so it could good on a camping trip, the color is cool and it feels very serious so it definitely remind me to drink water. it even has compass on the brides handle. very stylish and functional indeed. there are less expensive plastic bottles available, but I like this one very much so I decided to keep it. the fact that it's insulated/has two layers and is made of metal makes it a bit heavier, but that's also what makes it feel so serious.
