Deception in website advertising UR Life e26 ebike

Walmart advertises eBike's motors showing their PEAK motor size which is deceiving.. After buying the bike and assembling it then riding it.. I found that the motor was really a 350 watt motor (which was labeled on the motor and would not have seen that until I purchased and unpacked the ebike) something that was NOT made public i n the specifications of the eBike. The 750 watt MAX motor rating is ONLY what you get on start out from a standing stop, NOT the sustained motor wattage which is 350 watts. I found that 350 watts is not enough to climb a mildly steep hill in full electric mode. 350 watt motors are what are sold in Europe where the speed limit it 20 MPH and ebikes can not go over that limit. I feel that I was sold a European model not one that is more powerful for the top US speed of 28 mpg (in peddle assist mode). Attached is a picture of the motor wattage that is NOT in any advertising on the WalMart website. This is the sustained motor wattage.. the REAL motor wattage that needs to be advertised.
