Healthy, easy snack maker!

I'm always looking for ways to make healthier snacks, and this dehydrator is amazing! So far we've put apples, cherries, and pineapple in it. So yummy! It extends the life of fresh fruits in my house. The dehydrator is the perfect size! I was worried about it taking up a little too much space, but it's hardly bigger than my toaster. The space is really optimized with 8 trays at once. The silicone mats included were a nice touch! Can't wait to try more fruits and jerky in here

Lots to Like-Includes Recipe Booklet

Lots lots lots I like about this particular dehydrator. It is the perfect size. Plenty big enough for a many foods. It includes 8 trays plus a bottom tray, 9 trays total. I truly like the removable power cord. I am not going to dehydrate foods everyday so no point in having it plugged in 24 7. Plus, I can place the dehydrator all the way against the back counter when not in use, no plug or cord in my way. I like the smart stainless with its modern design that fits well into my kitchen with other appliances. I certainly appreciate the height, it will fit nicely on my counter with room to boot on top. When not in use, I can place an oven mitt there, etc. The handle is the only assembly needed and it is stainless with the screws slightly screwed in. Remove the two screws and place the handle on the appliance door. Takes only a minute or two. The door has an easy latch to keep it secure. They thought of everything with this appliance, each side has embedded handholds. The handholds make it easy to pick up, move it from one area to another. The digital display is bright and easy to see. This dehydrator, will pay for itself quickly at my house. I have a small Maltese and every evening at tv time, he gets one strip of jerky. Therefore, this item is a very great value in more ways than one. He won't do all the enjoying because I'll also use it for various fruits. By the way, it even includes a silicon type mitt. Worthy product.

I was so excited to finally start using a dehydrator for fruits, vegetables, and jerky! All of my friends have been using one for quite a while, so I felt like I was the last to get on board. Now that I have one, I can't wait to start making healthy snacks and bringing homemade treats to get-togethers for everyone to enjoy. It comes with a recipe book, which is especially helpful since I'm a beginner. I also love that it has plenty of trays, so I can make large batches and store extras for later. Cleanup is super easy, which is another big plus. Overall, I'm very happy with this dehydrator and I'm looking forward to trying new recipes and sharing everything I make with my friends and family!
