I waited to review until I used this about 7 or 8 times now. I love it. I make alot of jerky, this is light years ahead of the old dehydrator I used to use. I like my jerky very dry, I get perfect results at about 10 hrs. Did a batch of strawberrys too. So far I'm very happy to recommend.
