The Pulse if a very good fit and while running stays in place. The front and back pockets hold objects well while my squish bottle is held well for removing to drink and return in good place.

I bought this for both short and long runs. It has plenty of storage and most importantly holds my trail poles steady. I was worried when first purchasing that the poles would be unstable but they are very secure and barely even move. Would 10000% recommend to others, just make sure you get the right size
