I was a little concerned about using a shock collar on my dog but found they completely change your relationship with your pet. I was constantly yelling at her and she know i couldnt do anything about it. After 15 minutes with the collar we have become best of friends, i have only used the shock feature once or twice. Beep and vibrate are more than adequate this is the second collar i have owned i bought this trainer because i did something dumb with my old one. Tried to charge it with wrong voltage charger. I had forgotten how mich i depended on it. This one cost me half as much as the one i ruined, so i wasnt expecting much. The box was pretty light weight, much lighter than the one i had The sender and receiver are pretty good quality, just smaller and lighter. It is waterproof The collar is reflective. It has nice features my expensive one doesnt have: Soft silicone caps on the contacts that should be more comfortable Collar is thinner and more flexible 99 shock levels as opposed to 16 I tried the shock on the inside of my wrist and level six is about right for my 10 lb terrier. Feels like a little pinch. Blinking led that lets me know the receiver is on. A larger led flashlight that allows me to find her in the dark. photo shows my new receiver next to my old one. smaller, lighter, and more comfortable. I highly recommend this product so far.

I was VERY hesitant at first about buying this collar. I have tried all kinds of harnesses, martingale collars, no pull any and everything. But I have a VERY stubborn, bullheaded, 75 lb, 11 month old, Staffordshire Terrier. I had exhausted all other options. I have only had to use the shock once. He has learned that if he doesn't mind he gets the beep and after 2nd command then he gets the vibrate setting. He doesn't like that lol. We are just beginning this training but in a few days I already have a puppy that listens WAY better than I ever thought he would. I highly recommend this collar. I was very hesitant but I wished I had done this a long time ago. I have been working and training him since he was a baby. He knows how to act but all of a sudden he hit a stubborn stage that he just couldn't act right or listen. This has been a complete game changer!!! The quality is better than I expected and very easy to use. It even has a lock so if you accidently drop the remote or a kid hits the button. I love that feature since I always have grandkids around.
