Worked great for my black lab I only really use it for peace of mind for my dog to go outside without me I live in a rural area of Massachusetts and in a very secluded 2 acres. I also only had to use the beeping noises because as soon as I used it he would come. The only problem now is my dog chewed the collar and now I can no longer use it he is only just over a year but wish they would make non chewable collars.
