this was easy to install, a simple DIY project. the spray pattern and massage is almost perfect, better than I've found in high end hotel showers. operation is simple as well. I have well water, I can't tell any difference with the filter operation, perhaps I will in time.

I wouldn't know how good/bad the quality of this product would have been given the wrong size was shipped to me. I ordered a full and received a crib/toddler topper. Looked forward to receiving this product because I suffer with neuropathy and I have one on our queen size bed just a different brand. Purple mattress company. I don't feel it deserves a bad review as I didn't get a chance to test the product. 🤷‍♀️
