Useful and affordable!!

I love the fact it is filtered. Good quality, easy to assemble, great water pressure, and easy to use. The showerhead is not too heavy to hold. The stop button is very easy to push. The little nubbies around the shower head are soft, I expected them to be hard. 3 settings, dial turns right, top, left. And that is easy to turn. The silver hose thingy, name is not coming to me, moves nicely. My current one is stiff, my whole shower head things is heavy, so this is a plus plus for me!! The shower head does come off with a half twist. Turing it into a spray hose. This will be handy for cleaning the shower and bathing a pet. Or even a child who doesn't like the spray from the showerhead. The bottom of the head unscrews for easy replacement of the filter.

Hoping it helps with hard water as stated

I picked this shower head because FEELSO had a website and a customer service chat. I requested a chat late evening, and had an email reply with an answer to my question within an hour. Nice! I asked for the model number of the filter. They emailed me with a photo of the filter and model number. Easy to install. The directions were not super clear on which protective caps to remove. They do state what to do if you remove the wrong cap. It came with two extra screen washers. It was a quick install with no tools. Plenty of pressure with the shower head. Has off button to stop water flow. Comes with a long hose and a bracket to use as overhead shower. The filter is easy to remove and is replaceable. The shower head is not heavy to use. So far so good. Haven't seen any improvement on my skin or hair (reason I bought it) yet, but I will continue to use it. I recommend this shower head.
