These are a moderately thick true to size short with elastic drawstring waist. Shorts have two front pockets that boys will like. Girls can wear these too so consider that. Material is a French Terry which will be cool in hot temps. Legs openings are suited to size of shorts. Kids can waer these for summer fun.

Love these shorts!!! First of all…the drawstring is real. That is very important to me with my little boys that have tiny waists. Second of all, there are also real pockets!!! We all know little boys love collecting rocks and flowers and need a place to put them. Third of all …the material is perfect.
