Ok so where do I start? The price? The quality? The amazing customer service? Seriously, Novilla has it all. I looked at so many different mattresses and compared prices and I'm so glad I got my mattress from you guys. I was really skeptical since it's a online store but I'm happy I gave it a chance. I got the 12 inch memory foam king size and have been sleeping so much better since. I previously had a Corsicana and let me tell you, they are trash. I had so many questions and the customer service rep who helped me was so patient with me. His name is Aring and I really want to thank him for everything he did. He deserves a raise! My son still sleeps in a crib but you can bet that when he moves to a big kids bed I'll be getting him a Novilla mattress as well. I encourage anyone who's thinking about it to just go for it. You won't regret it. My mattress did only expand to about 11 inches but I'm perfectly fine with that. Unfortunately I did keep it in the box for longer than I thought after I got it. Again, so happy I got a Novilla! Easy on my back and my pockets!
