I had a very frustrating experience with this seller. The mattress arrived defective, and every attempt to resolve the issue turned into unnecessary back‑and‑forth. Communication was unclear, responses were inconsistent, and the refund process caused a lot of anxiety and stress. After weeks of delays, I finally received my refund, but the experience was far from smooth. Looking at other customer reviews, it seems I’m not the only one who dealt with quality issues and confusing communication. Buyer beware — read multiple reviews before purchasing. I won’t be ordering from this seller again.

I ordered a queen size mattress and received a king size! I have been trying to return it from day one and have been promised within a week it would be picked up? That's a joke! I have had walmart online promise me on at least 15 occasions that it would be picked up, and, here we ae month's down the road and I have been stuck with this oversize monster taking up every available inch in my room and knocking all my medications off and under this beast! Oh, and I am disabled with a shoulder that has 95% of its cartlege gone!

I tried to return this mattress in less than a month. The sides are bulging out. I emailed the seller so many times and they kept saying I wasnt attachingthe pictures even thoughI'vegot 15 emails sent showinf them attached, tried through Walmart, no help. Walmart said a freight company would contact for pickup (king-size mattress), never happened. I've reached out so many times, and after the first few messages, the seller didn't repond at all. I will never buy from this company again. The mattress has no edge support and seller does not stand behind protect or respond.
