The crate arrived quickly. As I was putting it together my cat knocked one of the pieces onto the floor and it seemingly disappeared! I called the company after I searched and was assured that it was no problem at all and I would have the piece I needed in two or three days. Several hours later my wonderful eagle eyed daughter in law came down and found the missing piece. I called and canceled the order, but it was so great to know that they had my back! I highly recommend this company. Also, the crate I ordered for my miniature black panther is more than sufficient for him! Kudos to the company!

i love how sturdy the carrier is , only down fall had great difficulty getting handle on. once you put the clips on there is no moving them. ( guess that is what makes it so sturdy😏)
