the bike arrived with a flat tire. we filled it with air but it didnt hold we've since bought new tubes.This item was bought for my disabled great nephew. he lives in an ALF in Live Oak, Fl and Im in Debary, Fl. the tire issue has made this purchase most inconvenient. also I thought I purchase a warrenty. But there dosent seem to be any evidence of it. Please advise what I need to do. My great nephew is disabled.

Overall, this bike is a good value. My only problem was with the quality of the fenders. They are very cheap and flimsy. I ended up not even using the rear ones because I couldn't get them to stop rubbing on the tires. The phone holder that comes with it is also very cheap. It was broken right out of the box.
