Excellent my bike came in three days. Everything was intact. No damage was done. I got my bike put together they're very easy I am 398 pounds and this bike is very smooth for me to ride. Customer service helped me out a lot. I was very skeptical because this person didn't have any reviews but I'm so glad that I went forward and got the bike anyway, I would definitely buy this bike seven more times.

Best bike I ever had and I love riding it. I have to do a little off roading for my daily commute and the fat tires help with that. My only 2 complaints are complaint %231 that the motor seems a little weak for a fat tires but still pretty solid. Complaint %232 it doesn't come fenders. You gotta buy it as an addition over all if you got the money and don't want to make your wallet cry on a $1,000 e-bike i recommend this bike😊👍
