The seller has been very polite and patient with me regarding initial prior past concerns. I have no complaints at all towards them. Much appreciated for all prior assistance regarding the ebike I bought from MesTotGuard. Only one tiny hole was in the shipping box, yet the ebike was fine and packaged well. Only a few tiny paint issues that I fixed with nail polish.

The bike was very tall. I could not ride it. Requested return from the seller 3 separate times. I finally was able to get a partial refund. Customer service is terrible. They did put dimensions on the bike ad afterwards. You should probably not order if you are not at least 6 ft tall.

They had incredible customer service. I sent bike to wrong address, long story, and they did everything they could to make sure bike would stop mid transit and get shipped to me instead. They didn’t charge anything extra and were very courteous! I’m forever grateful. It would have ended up on other side of country and would have been a loss on my end, with no way to get it back. This was the second purchase of one of these bikes. Great bikes, my only negative is we seem to have issues with rear tires. We changed them out to a higher rated tire and now the bikes are great!

alot of back and forth the bike was stolen i found it still didnt get a back tore but the frame is bent at this point its veen months im just over it asked for a refund we will see so far a lot of back and forth cant view the video i sent just a lot of hassle

Hassel to get help and after a few emails they just stopped assisting.

I will not change my review until I get a solution. I just received my e-bike two days ago, opened the box and decided that the bike is too tall for me. I have been going back and forth with the seller to issue me a refund through progressive leasing but I am getting a run around. The last email from this seller advices me to cut the wire and send them a photo, , I am not sure if this is a joke but thisnisnkot ok, to WALMART, this company sounds like they are not trying to let me return my product, I am. Loyal customers and this makes no since to me. This is message they gave me: What we meant is that the product comes with a free warranty period, and if there are any issues with the product, we can send replacement parts to you for free. If you still do not wish to keep the product, we respect your decision. Please cut the motor wires and send us a photo. To avoid the hassle of returning the product, we will issue a refund directly upon receiving the photo (no need to return the product).
