Bike came super fast, but the box was pretty beat up. The part that holds the handlebars was broken so we couldn't even assemble it. We contacted the website in the instruction manual and they were very quick to respond, and great communication. They sent out a replacement part and we received it VERY fast. Bike now together and works great, long battery life and is really fun! Very happy with the bike AND customer service! Thanks!
