Entry level Ebike, no power off switch for front headlight, NO REAR TAILLIGHT required by law in most states riding after dark, front tire/spokes have a wobble on delivery. Box arrived without a scratch, theyre not aligning the tries/spokes in factory. power on/off switch ghosty, works when it wants to. Rear end cogs feel weak when changing gears with de-railer, like theyre gonna break, they flex forward if in wrong gear with pressure applied on pedals. NO UL listing found anywhere on bike. Pedals are very small, seat ok comfort not bad. Front shocks not aligned to frame and they only move an inch at most, very bumpy on front riding. Overall it gets 2 stars for cheap mechanical components and already had front light burn out in less than 6 hours of riding. Lights wired to the battery through the frame NOT A EASY FIX. Overall Id like a refund or a major discount on a better quality bike. NOT RECOMMENDED. Haven't talked to support yet about electrical issues yet at most it gets 2.5 stars IF the support is fair.
