I truly believe this is most uncomfortable chair I've ever owned. The seat and the back never puffed up. The seat is so uncomfortable that after a while it starts to hurt my bottom. And the back is so thin and short that it hurts my neck. I have ended up sitting on a pillow and having a pillow between my back and the chair and this only works for a little while. I understand that the chair is expensive but it's literally unbelievably uncomfortable and I hate to say that because I usually love stuff I purchase from Walmart. I paid to have somebody put it together and I guess I was not even assumed that if the chair was not worth keeping that Walmart would pick it up as is, but I have been told that I have to put it back in a box. And I don't have the tools nor ability to do that myself, I guess what I'm really saying is buyer beware it doesn't look to me like what's in the picture. And I admit that I should've looked at the measurements, but I never dreamt. It would be that short and low to the ground. And the irony is I'm very short. I'm so surprised how I'm comfortable. The seat is and I am a very heavy person. Just FYI thank you
