Hard Candy through Walmart is very impressive in terms of quality and the looks of the products. I have bought several of these blushes and love how you put the cream on and then that powder over it which makes it have a whole different but very expensive high end professional look. I don't know what they do but I am impressed and at 77 yrs old I have tried hundreds of blushes of all types and prices and I liked this so much I bought a second to store away because I don't want to run out. I h ave tried several colors and all of them are fantastic. The combination and the packaging are just very impressive.
