I have only put this shelf together and put a few books on it but I am happy with it so far. It was the perfect width for a space in my daughter's room and I got this one specifically because it comes with the option to anchor it to the wall so it will be safer for her room. It was easy enough for me to put together by myself and I like that you can choose where you put the shelves
