Great beginner waist trainer

I wear a size medium, sometimes small, in shirts and I got the XS, with the hooks, and it fits great! If they had an XXS option I probably would've gotten that one. The first day I started at the first hook and it was great. I gradually moved the hook from the second and now I'm at the third. This waist trainer isn't too tight and it doesn't roll up or move around like some other brands do. It was a good price and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Some reviews I read for this item mentioned to go up a size but I found one single review of someone who wears a medium and got an XS and it fit her perfectly. So I decided to go with the XS and it is great. If you wear a smaller size I would size down.
