definitely worth it

I've tried a few different waist trainers and cinchers in the past and none really lived up to the hype. This one however, being able to adjust the fit is a major plus and makes sense. Also wearing a shirt of some kind is recommended by manufacturer and myself. it's a faster way to build up the heat needed in the mid section but also stops any kind of irritation.
