I purchased one in 4x because I wasn't sure exactly what size to get and it is way to big. The material is amazing and the quality is amazing. I'm upset because it took over a week to be delivered and I waited in suspense all for it to be the wrong size.. But if you know what size you are and you get the right one then I would definitely suggest getting one of these!!

Took for ever to receive does not slim

Besides the fact that this took over 2 weeks to make it to me, when I put it on the item did not perform in the way it is said to in the product description. I advise not going by the fitting chart because it will only fit like a shirt and not like a slimming, back supporting waist trainer. Get atleast a size smaller than your original shirt and pants size, because a waist trainer is suppose to be tighter than your clothes to hold everything into place to give that slimming look, otherwise we might as well take a shirt and a wide waist belt and we'll have the same effect as this "waist trainer" when buying in actual clothes size. I would take a picture but I have personal issues with my physical image and would prefer to avoid the embarrassment.
