A solid waist trainer
My experience with the waist trainer has been very positive overall! I've been wearing it for a week now, and I really enjoy it. I love the sleek design of the waist trainer. The hooks and zippers make it easy to adjust the tightness to my preference. It also helps with back pain and improves my posture. The size is perfect for me; it's long, so I can see how it might not be the right fit for someone shorter. However, as long as you adjust it properly and choose the right size, it can work wonders.
