Great Little Treadmill

It has a small remote control and you have to hold on to it the whole time to change the speed but that's no problem. It does have a short cord but just use a heavy duty extension cord if it can't reach an outlet. And it's quiet enough over a tv or radio. I keep it in the box and put the top on it to keep it clean
