Key item features

  • 6.5FT WOMEN'S OLYMPIC BAR & 1000LB CAPACITY: Measuring 79.1" in total length and weighing 35 LB (15kg), this women's barbell features a slim 25mm handgrip and a 1,000 LB weight capacity. Built with 190,000 PSI tensile strength steel and standard 2-inch (50mm) sleeves that fit all Olympic weight plates — the solid foundation for squats, deadlifts, bench presses, and weightlifting training.
  • 25MM SLIM IWF & IPF KNURLED GRIP: Features a narrower 25mm shaft with precisely machined diamond knurling and both IWF and IPF standard markings for consistent hand placement. The slim diameter fits women's hands perfectly, delivering a secure, non-slip hold that maximizes lifting control and reduces hand strain without tearing your skin.
  • HYBRID NEEDLE BEARING ROTATION: Incorporates a hybrid needle bearing system inside the 2-inch loadable sleeves. Provides an exceptionally smooth, quiet spin that absorbs impact and reduces wrist friction during explosive Olympic lifts and dynamic training movements.

About this item

Product details

The ROALW 79.13 inch Women's Olympic barbell is a 35 lb bar with a 25 mm grip and 51.57 inch shaft length, rated for 1000 lb capacity and built for female lifters and smaller hands. The alloy steel shaft uses 190,000 PSI tensile strength with IWF and IPF knurl markings, and hybrid needle bearing rotation for smooth cleans, snatches, squats and presses. Standard 2 inch sleeves fit all Olympic plates with 12.6 inch loadable length. The hard chrome finish resists rust and wear, and the 79.13 inch length fits most power racks and compact home gym setups.
