The seat has a nice bounce to it, but still feels firm and supportive. Combined with the thick padding, I can sit for long sessions without discomfort. The ergonomic back design is another strong point. The winged sides help keep me centered and supported, and the backrest feels natural whether I'm working upright or leaning back to relax. I also really appreciate the removable lumbar pillow and headrest, the lumbar support can slide up or down to match your preferred sitting posture, which is a small detail that makes a big difference over time.
