the cushion need to be thicker in the seat part. I love the neck pad and back pad. the arm rest is not strong it feels like it's going to fall off. I scared to put any weight on it trying to get up. Over all it's a cheap chair and will do until I get one better.It didn't take long to put it together. The directions are ok, easy to understand.

it's very comfortable, I love the pull-out rack, I am not sure what to call it but it allows me to put my legs up. I also love the pillows attached, I can rest my neck and my back. I purchased this as my work chair, the only complaint I have about the chair, it makes me fall asleep, which is not good when I'm trying to work.
