I have sat in way too many office chairs in my day and assembled them as well. This has its good points but holy cheeseballs there's so many parts!! BUT!! It's worth it. Stick with it and keep going, once you get this chair assembled, you will love it! Other than the comfort of the seat, the extra support for the lumbar and neck, i really love that it has a footrest. I'm short and this is such a plus for me! The color and quality of everything is great, it's packaged well during shipping to keep each part from any damage. Seriously, this chair is so cool looking.
