I found used office chairs on Craigslist asking 2 to 3 times the price of this new chair. Delivery was super fast and assembly only required the included allen wrench. The directions were not updated to the back/seat bracket included with my chair so it took a little trial and error to get it right. It is on close out, but the chair suits me very well. The seat is 21 inches wide. Several other choices were only 14 inches wide. The headrest cushion has to be pushed into place every time I lean forward. Other than that, it is a very nice, comfortable chair.
