Chair is right height for me at 5' 9 “ but arm rests are too short to rest arms comfortably. Padding for sitting and back are adequate but could be thicker. Footrest is unable to be attached as there is only one attached tube on one side to put rods from footrest into. It is missing one attachment tube. I can't use footrest. Why manufacturer didn't check to see if everything was attached is beyond me. Will check if they can send me one or return chair. You can see in the photo missing part under chair.
