The base was a bit challenging for me to assemble, but once I figured out the first leg the other 4 were a piece of cake. I really like all of the adjustment options (arm rest, foot rest, height, etc.). The chair looks even better in person and it is very comfortable. The neck and lower back pillow provide ample support (I am 59.5”). Only one upgrade I would request is to have the lower back (pillow) massage feature is a bit loud and only has an on and off feature with no option for adjustment for speed. However, for my purpose it's sufficient.

Exceeds Expectations

For context I'm a 5' 10 female. I bought this chair to be my office chair that I work from 7 days a week. It took me less than an hour to install and the seat is so comfortable and customizable. (Both pillows, the height, tilt, foot rest, and level of the arm rests are adjustable). The foot rest expands and becomes hidden in less than 5 seconds. The chair is firm, however it does mold to support your frame quite nicely. I have never felt like a product should be sold for double the price. However, in this item's case I would glady pay $500 plus. I'm so satisfied with my purchase I am posting this glowing review 15 mintues after assembly. Two small things that could be improved. The foot rest will be too short if you are any taller than 5' 10". The vibrating pillow doesnt have an on off switch. You just unplug the little cord from the long one.
