I love everything but the only think I think is that it's kind of dumb you have to plug you're chair into USB's port it should be wireless of some sort kinda makes it a hassle cause you gotta untangle it and stuff that's my only issue

Definitely worth the money easy assembly did it in 20ish minutes. Comes with all the tools didn't even know it had a massage cushion . Highly recommend and it doesn't hurt or bother my back and has great back support.
