Like has interior metal ? cabinet… unlke my old one that was painted? and peeled off. Like the appearance and so far works well. One and only negative is the child proof feature… have to go through a multi step process to open door and does'nt seem like you can deactivate permanently …no children in house sooo?? Overall good value.

Very Disappointed- over heated after one month

I purchased this microwave just one month ago, and it is already severely overheating, which is extremely disappointing and concerning from a safety standpoint. The exterior becomes very hot to the touch, and there is a noticeable burning/ overheating smell during use. This is not normal for a fairly new appliance and feels like a serious defect. The microwave was used under normal household conditions, properly ventilated, and not overloaded. For it to malfunction this quickly shows poor quality and reliability. I expected much better performance and longevity. At this point, I do not feel safe continuing to use it, and I will be seeking a replacement or full refund. I would not recommend this microwave based on my experience.
