Great but too too firm!

I bought this primarily because of the amount of storage space and that it can become a bed and it works exactly as expected, which is great. However, it is so firm. It's like extra extra firm to the point that it hurts the other thing is that the corner bottom cushion is half the height as all others which makes it very awkward, but I'm not sure if I just got a defective one. I've just opened a ticket with the vendor and hoping that they will send me a replacement. Color is also great.
