We will review your case and provide replacement parts or an appropriate solution. 1-Year Limited Warranty This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Coverage includes internal foam structure and stitching that affect functional performance. If a defect is confirmed, we may provide replacement parts, a comparable replacement, or another reasonable resolution at our discretion. Product Setup Notice This sofa is an all-foam, boneless design and ships vacuum-compressed. After unpacking, please allow up to 72 hours for full expansion and shape recovery. Temporary wrinkles, softness, or uneven appearance during expansion are normal and are not considered defects.
