The packaging was great. Lots of styrofoam. It'd be tough to damage this during shipment packed the way it is. The chair appears to be high quality. The only issue…my wife is only 4'10”. This chair is pretty large (fits my 6'5” frame perfectly). But her feet barely touch the ground. They will when she “glides” the seat forward a bit…but doing so tilts the chair forward as well. I told her to put her feet on a cooler.
