Scoop Women's Double Waistband Mini Skirt, Sizes 0-18

This is a well-made skirt with a good weight to it. Im slim but do have curves, and I think its true to size. My weight is 103 and Im 5'1. The length is halfway down my thigh, and it fits my waist perfectly. The waistband doesnt stretch, but you can cinch it tighter at the waist with the tie. There is a side zipper to get it past your thighs. It has pockets. It can look polished in the black or fun in both colors depending on how you accessorize it. If I think its true to size, it may be smaller than expected for others so you may want to size up.
