Can be worn as skirt or dress

This is a cute maxi skirt. The material quality is good, and it seems durable if washed on a gentle cycle. It's also very light and best suited for spring and summer. It did not work for me as a skirt, so I used the suggestion of another reviewer and tried it as a dress. Omg, it was super cute! Unfortunately, the skirt was slightly too big around the chest to hold up. You can dress up or stay relaxed; either way, it's a win-win!

SCOOP SKIRT/DRESS

I AM 5'1" AROUND 138, 38B BRA, WEAR 8/10 M USUALLY, IN THE SCOOP BRAND ALWAYS A SIZE SMALL. I LOVE THE FABRIC ALSO! LOOKS PERFECT AS A DRESS OR A SKIRT, SO NEAT, WISH THEY HAD A LOT OF DIFFERENT COLORS. PERFECT!

matches the top I bought

looks like the smocking might be weird but it's not. I pull it down and it's a maxi at 5'3". size down one as usual for scoop
