very happy i got this! not one to jump on a ninja band wagon. always saw bad reviews so it was a hit or miss. this one i saw nothing but good and i totally agree. one caveat. its alot bigger than expected hence the whole flip thing but its not loud and worked fine so far. still a learning curve but so happy i got it. esp. since it was one sale

Easy to use and works well

I bought this after my Emeril Lagasse oven died and I love the smaller size. It toasts so much more quickly than the previous one. I love the analog dials that are so easy to use. The only downside is that I need to use an oven mitt to open it because the top gets really hot after cooking--but that's a small issue. I have not used the "flip" feature because I don't need it. I would recommend this.
